A. Blue light computer glasses without a prescription. Choose blue light with 0 diopter.
B. Myopia glasses with blue light. Choose myopia prescription or single vision 156.
C. Photochromic sunglasses with a myopia prescription or with 0 diopter.
D. Progressive reading glasses, either without a cylinder or with a cylinder.
"Up" refers to seeing far or at a distance, while "down" refers to seeing close or for reading.
For plus prescriptions (+), the formula is: down diopter - up diopter = ADD. For example, if you have +1.00 for distance and -3.00 for reading, the calculation would be: +1.00 - (-3.00) = +4.00 ADD.
For minus prescriptions (−), the formula is: up diopter - down diopter = ADD. For example, if you have -2.50 for distance and -1.00 for reading, the calculation would be: -2.50 - (-1.00) = -1.50 ADD.

If you still cannot adapt after a week, please contact our customer service. It’s important to wear the glasses regularly so your eyes can adjust to the new frame.
