How to Prevent Myopia from Deepening?

Myopia causes difficulty seeing clearly at a distance, and single-vision lenses can only correct this issue for far sight. For most students or young workers, the time spent looking at close objects exceeds the time spent looking at distant ones. However, looking at close objects requires different diopter adjustments. As a result, visual fatigue occurs, leading to a worsening of myopia.

 Other brands introduced progressive lenses earlier and marketed them as "anti-fatigue lenses." These lenses feature a lower power in the lower area—75 degrees lower than in the upper area, with an ADD of +0.75.
